Before You Book
Please review the policies below before scheduling your appointment. Booking an appointment confirms that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Deposits
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your service total.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Deposit transfers are available for qualifying rescheduled appointments.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service based on the remaining appointment time.
Cancellations
Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.
No-Shows
No-call/no-show appointments forfeit all deposits and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Service Satisfaction
If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 3 calendar days so we can review the situation.
Health & Safety
For the health of of all guests, clients experiencing flu-like symptoms should reschedule their appointment.
Salon Etiquette
Pretty Regal Beauty Lounge is designed to provide a peaceful, private experience for every guest. Please silence mobile devices during spa and facial services. Additional guests are not permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service or accompanying a minor client.
